Over 1 crore citizens have participated in the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, flagged off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which has reached over 36,000 Gram Panchayats across India. Uttar Pradesh leads with over 37 lakh participants, followed by Maharashtra and Gujarat. The Yatra aims to make India a developed nation by 2047 and has focused on raising awareness about government schemes, with over 46,000 beneficiaries enrolling for the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana scheme. Health camps have also been successful, screening 22 lakh individuals so far.
