Cracking the Code: Unraveling the Enigma of Sleep Disorders
Arousal disorders, such as sexsomnia, sleepwalking, and sleep terrors, lack established treatment guidelines unlike other sleep disorders. These disorders can be dangerous and result in injuries, and patients often have no memory of their actions during episodes. Randomized controlled trials are needed to determine the efficacy of behavioral treatments for arousal disorders.
