Two Army Apache helicopters crashed during a training exercise in Alaska, with two people on each helicopter. The cause and nature of the crash are unknown, and an investigation is underway. The incident occurred near Healy, around 80 miles southwest of Fort Wainwright. The AH-64 is an attack helicopter with a crew of two. This comes after nine soldiers were killed in Kentucky in March when two Army Black Hawk helicopters crashed during a training exercise.
