Russian Official Killed in HIMARS Strike on Lysychansk Bakery
A top Russian official, Alexey Poteleshchenko, was killed in a strike at a bakery in the Russian-occupied city of Lysychansk in Ukraine's Luhansk region. The strike, likely carried out by Ukraine using a U.S.-made High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS), resulted in at least 28 deaths, according to Russia's emergencies ministry.
