Microsoft Bing's ChatGPT pulls ahead of Google's Bard in search battle.
The CEO of Bing at Microsoft, Mikhail Parakhin, has stated that Google Bard is "pretty far behind" compared to Bing Chat and that Google's machine learning algorithms are trailing behind the state of the art by about six months. Despite this, Parakhin acknowledges that Google has achieved a lot with a low amount of compute and warns against underestimating the tech giant.
