Four additional cases of tuberculosis have been confirmed in connection with an active case at Olathe Northwest High School in Kansas. The individuals are asymptomatic and have been referred for follow-up evaluation. A total of 425 people have been identified as contacts of the initial active case.
Coronavirus cases in the Twin Lakes Area of Arkansas are steadily rising, with Baxter County reporting 23 active cases, Marion County reporting 6, Fulton County reporting 7, Izard County reporting 10, Searcy County reporting 17, and Stone County reporting 9. Boone County has the highest active case count in the region with 40. Statewide, Arkansas has a total of 2,338 active COVID-19 cases and has recorded 13,062 deaths since the start of the pandemic.
