Niger President's Palace Blockaded by Guards

Soldiers in Niger have blockaded the presidential palace and several ministries in the capital, Niamey, but it is unclear if this is an attempt to seize power. President Mohamed Bazoum is safe in his residence with his family, and talks are underway to resolve the situation. Former presidents are also involved in the negotiations.
