Tsymbaliuk emphasized that Russia's recent missile attack on Kyiv and genocidal statements show that Russia seeks war, not peace. He also called for the liberation of all Ukrainian lands from Russian occupation to protect the people who live there. The IAEA has already dispelled the lie about the "dirty bomb."
