Russia accuses Ukrainian military leaders of 'terrorism' and adds former presidential adviser to wanted list

Russia has announced that it will be charging four high-ranking members of the Ukrainian military with terrorism in connection to drone strikes on Russian territory and regions of Ukraine currently held by Russian invading forces.
