Iran-Russia drone factory collaboration raises concerns.

The US has accused Russia of receiving materials from Iran to build a drone manufacturing plant, which could be operational by early next year. Russia has been using Iranian drones to strike Ukraine, and the military partnership between the two countries appears to be deepening. Iran has supplied Russia with Shahed-series drones, which are often deployed in swarms to confuse air defense systems and act like a flying bomb that explodes on impact. The US and EU have targeted Iran's drone industry with sanctions since the beginning of the Ukraine conflict.
