Cross-Border Escalation: Israeli Strikes and Lebanese Incursions Raise Tensions

Around 30 Lebanese soldiers, along with some members of the Hezbollah terror group, briefly crossed into Israeli territory near the border fence. The group, most of whom were armed, spent approximately 20 minutes on the Israeli side before returning to Lebanon. The incident occurred amidst increased tensions over Hezbollah's activities along the border, including the establishment of tents inside Israeli territory and the firing of an anti-tank missile. The IDF resolved the incident through mediators and continued its routine engineering work in the area.
