China issues safety alert after 9 Chinese nationals killed in CAR mine attack.

The attack, which also left two Chinese workers wounded, occurred at a mining site near the town of Bambari. The rebels have blamed Russian mercenaries from the Wagner group for the attack, while the local mayor has accused a rebel group.
