New report exposes Putin's torturers in Ukraine.

A new report by Danish anti-torture group Dignity has documented 725 cases of torture, ill treatment, summary execution, and other human rights violations by Russian troops in occupied areas of Ukraine. The report reveals that the use of torture by Russian forces was widespread, systematic, and may amount to crimes against humanity. The torture was used against members of the military, police or government officials to force them to collaborate or as revenge, and against civilians to intimidate them or to extract information. The report is one of the most comprehensive and detailed accounts yet of exactly what people have been forced to suffer at the hands of Putin’s men.
