Two Ukrainian men with disabilities were forcibly deported to Russia after their care home in Kherson was occupied. They were bullied and psychologically abused during their time in a Russian deportation camp. They were among a small group who were able to escape in January and now live in Norway. The UN Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities warned that more disabled people in Ukraine are facing the risk of violence and exploitation.
