Sweden Contemplates Donating Fighter Jets to Ukraine: Report

The Swedish government is reportedly considering donating JAS 39 Gripen fighters to Ukraine as it defends itself against Russia's invasion. The government may ask the armed forces about the feasibility of transferring an unspecified number of Gripens to Ukraine. However, the implementation of any transfer would take time, with the earliest possible deployment being the summer of 2024. The Gripens to be donated would be of the JAS 39C/D version.
