Winter Weather Alert: Snow Showers, Strong Winds, and Lake-Effect Warnings Expected Monday

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for Greater Cincinnati from 10 a.m. Monday until 1 a.m. Tuesday. Strong winds and falling temperatures are expected throughout the day, with wind gusts reaching 30-35+mph and temperatures dropping from the 40s to the 30s. Scattered snow showers are also forecasted, mainly to the north and northeast of the area, with some potential for accumulation in elevated areas that will quickly melt due to warm ground temperatures. Snow showers will taper off by sunset.
