"HRW Report Exposes Saudi Border Guards' Mass Killings of African Migrants"

Human Rights Watch (HRW) has accused Saudi border guards of mass killings of Ethiopian migrants and asylum seekers at the Yemen-Saudi border between March 2022 and June 2023. HRW's investigation suggests that the systematic abuses against Ethiopians may amount to crimes against humanity. Survivors and witnesses reported that Saudi border guards used explosive weapons to kill migrants, including women and children, at close range.
