A newly recorded video captured the clearest images yet of a "geologic wonder" off the coast of Hawaii, revealing a surreal collection of 80-foot-tall and 2-foot-wide hexagonal basalt columns resembling a sunken metropolis. These formations, created by an ancient volcanic eruption, exhibit unique horizontal layering.
