Sloth Photobombs Rocket Launch in Adorable Fashion.

A sloth named Gerard photobombed the European Space Agency's launch of the Jupiter Icy Moons Explorer in French Guiana. Despite only appearing for two seconds, the sloth stole the show and has since been named Gerard by the agency. The sloth was in no danger as it was far enough away from the launch site. The Juice spacecraft's task is to look closely at Jupiter's three icy moons, and the mission will end in 2035 via a gravity-assisted collision into the surface of Ganymede.
