Tropical Storm Bret Strengthens and Brings Concern to Caribbean Islands.

Tropical Storm Bret is expected to hit the Caribbean Islands with heavy rains, strong winds, and dangerous waves. A tropical storm warning is in effect for St. Lucia and a tropical storm watch is in effect for Barbados, Dominica, and Martinique. Meanwhile, a second disturbance, INVEST 93-L, is located between the west coast of Africa and the Lesser Antilles, with a high chance of forming into a tropical depression in the next day or so. The National Hurricane Center warns of much uncertainty in the track and magnitude of the storms' impact.
