Pinpoint Weather Alert Day brings snow and cold to Colorado.

Denver will experience a 30-degree temperature drop on Tuesday with light snow showers arriving around 8 a.m. and lasting through noon, followed by a second round of snow in the early evening. Around a half inch of snow is expected during the first round, with a few more tenths of an inch in the metro during the second round. Denver has recorded 46.7 inches of snowfall so far this season, with April being the second snowiest month of the year. The Pinpoint Weather team has issued a Pinpoint Weather Alert Day for Tuesday and will continue to update the forecast multiple times each day.
