Israeli tech entrepreneur Liron Petrushka and his wife Naomi were killed in a plane crash near the California-Nevada border during a snowstorm, leaving behind three children. The couple's high-performance aircraft crashed near a railway as it approached Truckee Tahoe Airport, with no homes damaged but railroad tracks needing repairs. Liron, who was piloting the aircraft, and radar controllers had discussed the inclement weather before the crash.
