Nebraska lawmakers, including Sens. The Let Them Grow Act, a bill aimed at banning gender-affirming surgeries for minors, was combined with a 12-week abortion ban. Sen. Jen Day called out supporters of the bill for leaving through a special exit to avoid those whose rights were being taken away.
