Biden campaign strategizes multiple pathways to 2024 victory

The campaign plans to invest early in key battleground states, including Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Nevada, New Hampshire, Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida. It will also focus on engaging with traditionally supportive voters, including women and Black, Hispanic, and Asian American voters, as well as young voters who skipped the midterm elections last year. The campaign aims to break through a fragmented media environment by leveraging people's personal networks and amplifying core messages online.
