Casa Bonita reopens with renovated interior and cliff diving performances.

Casa Bonita, the iconic pink restaurant in Colorado, is set to reopen after renovations by South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone. The $12 million worth of renovations include a brand new kitchen, more registers, and an additional 4,000 square feet to mimic the town square of Oaxaca, Mexico. The restaurant still maintains its unique dining experience, with the same sopapillas and regional Mexican architectural styles. Limited dinner hours and exclusive guest lists will be implemented, and guests can sign up through the restaurant's email list.
