The Nature Conservancy in Alabama, in collaboration with Patagonia and an undisclosed donor, has secured a $15 million+ deal to purchase 7,990 acres in Clarke County, Alabama, at the head of the Mobile-Tensaw Delta, known as America's Amazon, to protect its remarkable biodiversity and wildlife. The purchase, facilitated by a $5.2 million donation from Patagonia's Holdfast Collective and a $10 million contribution from an anonymous donor, aims to permanently preserve key undeveloped land and support wildlife conservation efforts in the region.
