Long COVID: Vancouver Women's Ongoing Struggle with Symptoms.

Two women from Vancouver, Jenny Bevard and Melissa Worlein, are struggling with long COVID symptoms for months and years. Bevard, who was an emergency room tech, was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome after getting COVID-19. Worlein, who has fibromyalgia and an autoimmune disease, was diagnosed with long COVID and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. Both women are managing their symptoms through rest and self-pacing, and Bevard is taking hydroxychloroquine. Dr. Rebecca Kennedy is using neuroplasticity techniques to help calm the nervous system and manage symptoms.
