The 51-year-old actress has been committed to health and fitness after her diagnosis and has been working with a personal trainer to stay active. Garth surprised her trainer with a t-shirt emblazoned with her character Kelly Taylor's iconic quote, "I choose me." Despite her health issues, Garth has continued taking up acting roles and was seen attending the ATX TV Festival in Austin on Thursday.
