Texas Celebrates Michelin Stars for Top Restaurants

The Michelin Guide has made its debut in Texas, awarding 28 Dallas-Fort Worth restaurants in its inaugural Texas Guide ceremony. Tatsu, a Japanese restaurant in Deep Ellum, received the only Michelin star in the area, while Rye was recognized for its exceptional cocktails. Seven local eateries earned Bib Gourmand awards for offering quality meals at reasonable prices. The entry of Michelin into Texas is expected to elevate the state's culinary scene and attract more international tourists. Michelin will continue to evaluate Texas restaurants until at least 2027.
