Central in Lima tops World's 50 Best Restaurants 2023 list.

Central in Lima, Peru has been named the world's best restaurant, becoming the first South American restaurant to earn the title. Four Lima restaurants made the top 50 list, with Maido at No. 6, Kjolle at No. 28 and Mayta at No. 47. Spain had six entries in the top 50, including Disfrutar in Barcelona at No. 2, while Italy and France also performed well in Europe. The list includes restaurants from 24 territories on five continents, with 12 restaurants entering the list for the first time.
