Casa Bonita: The Revival of an Iconic Restaurant

Casa Bonita, the famous restaurant in Lakewood, Colorado, is reopening for dinner on June 23-24 and June 29-July 1 with limited timed tickets. The restaurant was purchased by "South Park" creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker for $3.1 million after closing down food service in 2020. The new executive chef and culinary partner, Dana "Loca" Rodriguez, aims to reimagine the culinary program and make it a place where people will look forward to eating, drinking, spending time, and bringing friends, family, and visitors. The restaurant first opened on March 27, 1974, and is known for its cliff divers, arcade, and tables nestled into outcroppings of the faux-rock interior.
