Chicago's O'Hare International Airport has been ranked as the fourth busiest airport in the world by the Airports Council International, with Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson retaining its position as the busiest airport. The rankings were reshuffled due to the pandemic, with Dallas-Fort Worth and Denver taking the second and third spots respectively. O'Hare had the second most amount of aircraft movements in 2022, and the global rankings were based on nearly 2,000 airports.
