The coronavirus pandemic has caused a wave of uncertainty across various industries, but the real estate market has continued to boom due to high demand for vacation homes and limited housing supply. Stacker compiled a list of 30 cities in the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater, FL metro area with the fastest-growing home prices, ranked by 1-year price change as of April 2023 using data from Zillow. The top five cities with the highest 1-year price change are Tierra Verde, Kenneth City, Belleair, Indian Rocks Beach, and Belleair Bluffs.
