More than 10,000 cartons of organic eggs sold at Costco under the Kirkland Signature brand are being recalled due to potential salmonella contamination. Distributed by Handsome Brook Farms to 25 Costco locations in the southeastern U.S., the affected eggs have numbers 327 and P1363 with a use-by date of January 5, 2025. No illnesses have been reported, but consumers are advised to discard or return the eggs for a refund. This recall is unrelated to a separate salmonella outbreak linked to Milo’s Poultry Farms.
