Iconic Pizzerias Across the US Close After Decades in Business

Paesano's Pizza, a popular pizza restaurant in Des Moines, Iowa, is set to close in June. The owners, Alec and Courtney Kennedy, announced the closure on Facebook, stating that they want to focus on their other businesses. The restaurant, which opened in 1982, offers a variety of thin-crust pizzas, including gluten-free and vegetarian options, as well as panini and pastas. The Kennedys plan to keep the restaurant open through May to allow their staff to find new opportunities.
