Restaurants across the US announce closures.

Minneapolis restaurants Monello and Constantine, located inside the Hotel Ivy, will close on May 31. The closure comes as a result of the hotel's new ownership deciding to move the food and beverage program in a different direction. A new restaurant group, APICII Hospitality, is set to develop the new concept. Monello first opened in 2015 and was known for its non-mainstream pasta shapes and gothic basement bar with a beloved burger and snacks menu.
