Customers using personal cups will receive a 10 cent discount and 25 bonus reward stars in the U.S. The process involves customers indicating they have a personal cup when ordering and handing it to baristas at the pickup window or inside the cafe. This follows a successful pilot program in Colorado and is in line with Starbucks' vision for a future where every drink is served in a reusable cup.
