Drug suspect apprehended after daring escape from Sun Country plane at MSP Airport

A passenger on a Sun Country Airlines flight attempted to evade arrest by opening the emergency exit and running onto the tarmac at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. The suspect, wanted for violating a restraining order and drug charges, was eventually apprehended hiding inside an airline food service truck after a search conducted by multiple law enforcement agencies. The airport operations were unaffected during the incident.
