Drug suspect apprehended after daring escape from Sun Country plane at MSP Airport

Severe weather causes travel chaos at major US airports.

Travelers at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport faced long lines, cancellations, and delays due to a winter storm that canceled or delayed nearly 200 departing flights. The airport was short-staffed, leading to issues at security, and only one checkpoint was open for a while.
