Restaurant Forced to Close After Receiving Shocking $40K Energy Bill

The owner, Eric Cook, claimed the bill came from a meter he didn't know existed and couldn't afford to pay. Entergy responded by stating they reached out to discuss the account but received no response from the restaurant ownership. Cook is now working with other restaurant owners to find new jobs for his former employees and calls for change in the city to prevent more businesses from closing.
