Chevrolet to Discontinue Camaro Production in 2024.

General Motors (GM) announced that it will discontinue production of the Chevrolet Camaro in 2024 due to declining sales. While there is no immediate successor planned, it is likely that any future Camaro will be electric, in line with GM's plan to sell only electric passenger vehicles worldwide by 2035. The sixth-generation Camaro will continue racing, and a collector's edition package will be offered for the 2024 models. The move comes as traditional gas-powered muscle cars are being phased out due to government fuel economy regulations and a shift towards electric vehicles.
