Terrifying CCTV footage captured the moment an Oregon man narrowly avoided being struck by a runaway four-foot saw blade that barreled across a parking lot and embedded itself into a convenience store wall in Eugene. Shane Reimche had just entered the Quick Trip Market when the blade struck, causing the entire shop to shake.
