Putin Engages with Former Wagner Commander Troshev on Ukraine Conflict

Russian President Vladimir Putin met with former top commander of the Wagner mercenary group, Andrei Troshev, to discuss the use of "volunteer units" in the Ukraine war. The meeting also addressed social support for those involved in the fighting. Troshev, a decorated veteran and former commander in the SOBR rapid reaction force, now works at the defense ministry.
