Two coworkers from central Iowa, Randy Ferriss and Colton Snyder, will split a $1 million lottery jackpot after matching the first five numbers in the April 18 drawing. Ferriss bought the winning ticket at a Casey's store in Nevada, the same store that sold a $1 million Powerball ticket in 2019 that went unclaimed. Iowa has had three lottery wins of at least $500,000 this month, but there is still one unclaimed $1 million Mega Millions ticket from September 2022. Three other six-figure prizes won on lottery tickets purchased in Iowa are also unclaimed.
