Kevin Spacey has been cleared of all charges, including sexual assault and indecent assault, by a U.K. jury. The trial lasted four and a half weeks, during which four men testified against the actor. The jury dismissed each of the counts relating to the men's accounts. This marks another victory for Spacey, who previously won a $40 million civil lawsuit brought by actor Anthony Rapp.
A UK trial involving over 60 companies and nearly 3,000 employees showed that 92% of companies intend to continue with a four-day workweek after employees reported improved well-being. Data showed that 39% of employees were less stressed, and 71% had reduced levels of burnout at the end of the trial. Measures of work-life balance also improved, and companies' revenues rose an average of 1.4% during the trial period. However, some companies opted to revert to the 40-hour standard, including one that struggled to keep pace with the trial's demands and saw increased burnout among employees.
