
Teens in Stolen SUV Charged in Fatal Philadelphia Motorcycle Crash
A 17-year-old, Bryce Neely, has been charged with third-degree murder and other offenses after driving a stolen SUV through a red light in North Philadelphia, resulting in a collision that killed 55-year-old motorcyclist Wilberto Casillas. Neely and his four passengers, all teenage girls, fled the scene but were apprehended. The incident is under investigation, with two police officers placed on administrative duty.
