Houston ISD Superintendent Mike Miles Implements Changes in Select Schools.

Houston ISD's new superintendent, Mike Miles, has announced a "New Education System" plan, starting with 29 schools, which includes raising teacher compensation to a record $96,000 a year at those schools.
