Ukraine's NATO Membership: Progress and Risks.
Ukraine has officially joined the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defense Centre of Excellence, which provides countermeasures against cyber attacks and cyber protection of information systems, as well as education and training of NATO cyber defense specialists. The center has been located in Tallinn since its foundation in 2008. Ukraine was granted the status of a NATO CCDCOE contributing participant in March 2022.
