Rupert Murdoch’s TalkTV and GB News have criticized the BBC, Sky, and ITN for restricting access to UK television footage of King Charles III’s Coronation, calling it “anti-competitive.” The two news channels claim they are being charged an “excessive commercial fee” to access pool footage of the event, while foreign broadcasters are not being charged. The BBC has not yet commented on the issue.
