Virgin Galactic set for final test flight before launching ticketed space trips.
Virgin Galactic is set to launch its fifth spaceflight, Unity 25, on Thursday, carrying six employees for a short trip to the edge of space. The mission represents a final assessment flight before the company begins commercial passenger flights, with the first expected in late June. Unlike previous spaceflights, this one will not be livestreamed, but updates will be provided on social media. Virgin Galactic has 600 reservations for tickets on future flights, sold at prices between $200,000 and $250,000 each.
